Trading in gold and other precious metals is risky because the market is volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. This is why we encourage you to read Our Terms and Conditions carefully before making purchases, selling, or placing orders with BULLIONTRADING LLC. Refer to Safety Tips from the CFTC (Commodity Future Trading Commission). These terms and conditions apply to all orders, all purchases, and all sales made through our website, telephone, or other channels.
In the event you do not fully understand the terms of this agreement, BULLIONTRADING LLC strongly encourages you to consult with your own experts. BULLION TRADING enters into transactions with customers on the reliance and belief that clients are aware of, understand, and agree to these terms.
These terms and conditions are effective as of March 11, 2022, and are binding to all new and existing customers and users.
The prices for gold, silver, platinum and palladium coins and bars keep on fluctuating because of the risk factors that cause price volatility. The risk factors include political development, war, pandemics, demand, and supply. It is important to keep this in mind when transacting with BULLIONTRADING LLC.
BULLIONTRADING LLC. Does Not speculate on the prices of precious metals. This means that we don’t make profits by buying gold when the prices are low and selling when prices go up. BULLIONTRADING LLC generates revenue through premium spreads. This is the difference between what Bullion Trading LLC pays & sells these items for.
Orders and inquiries can be made through our website, phone, or other suitable channels. Contact Us for information.
Inquiries are made by customers who are not ready to transact immediately. Customers can contact us or go online at Bulliontradingllc.com to get current market prices. The price quote and quantity available are subject to change. They can also contact us for guidance on buying and selling bullion coins and bars. You should note that the Price Quotations you receive when inquiring are Estimates because the prices of bullion coins and bars fluctuate daily, and the number of our stock changes all the time.
For example, The U.S Mint sets premium and minimum prices for American Eagles. Prices for American Eagles are determined by the current price of gold, silver, platinum, or palladium. The mint also charges a modest premium to cater to the cost of distribution and marketing. Consequently, the price of bullion coins and bars changes daily as the markets for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium fluctuates. Refer to the United States Mint’s Charges for Authorized Dealers.
Orders are made when customers are ready to transact immediately. The prices you get when ordering bullion coins and bars from us are an accurate reflection of the current market prices. Note that once you place an order, the prices are locked and are no longer subject to market conditions.
An order is placed when you finalized negotiations with our agents and an invoice is generated, not when the payment is made. Ordering and then bailing out or canceling after an invoice is generated makes BULLIONTRADING LLC incur losses. We incur losses because when you place an order, we consider the bullion coin or bar sold and will have hedged ourselves accordingly.
Disclaimer: To protect our company from losses, BULLIONTRADING LLC has implemented a Market Loss Policy.
An order starts when you finalize the deal with our agents, not when the payment is made. We generate an invoice immediately the deal is sealed either through our website or phone. We also count the bullion coin or bar as sold and will have hedged ourselves accordingly.
Customers who place orders, have invoices generated, and then cancel thereafter make us incur losses. To protect ourselves we have implemented a market loss policy. This means that you will incur penalties for ordering, having an invoice generated, and then bailing out. Once an order is placed, prices are locked and not subject to market conditions.
The moment you place an order an invoice is generated. If you cancel, and then gold prices decline you make us incur a loss. It is your responsibility to offset this loss if your order is canceled and your funds are returned. If this happens you will pay for the loss caused by a decline in the price of gold after a sale is made plus a cancellation fee of $35.00. This is our market loss policy.
To remain transparent and protect ourselves from risk we might require credit card information from every customer even if payment will be received through a different channel. We also will ask for immediate confirmation of the amount locked in. This gives us an avenue to compensate ourselves for losses in the event a customer places an order and then fails to pay.
However, if the price of bullion coins and bars stays the same, we usually don’t enforce our market loss policy because we don’t incur losses. If the price goes down we charge a market loss fee which is equal to the amount BULLIONTRADING LLC would have lost because of the unpaid order.
Bullion Trading LLC accepts payments in a variety of forms, including PayPal, credit/debit card, bank wire, personal/certified/cashier’s check, and online bill payment in check form. For orders over $5,000, bank wire is the recommended method of payment. Bullion Trading LLC does not accept cash on delivery. It is important to note that payment must be received within 5 business days in order to guarantee the locked-in price. If payment is not received within 5 days, Bullion Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel the order. A $30 late payment fee will be applied if we choose to accept your late payment. Before shipping out items, Bullion Trading LLC reserves the right to hold them for up to ten (10) business days while personal checks, certified checks, cashier’s checks, or online bill payments in check form are cleared. When a paper check payment bounces, you must resend it to us with a $30 bounced check fee applied to the original amount. Bullion Trading LLC also reserves the right to cancel the order, charge cancellation costs, or charge the outstanding balance to the credit or debit card on file.
All sales of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion are final due to the bullion market’s volatility. Once the order is submitted and confirmed, the customer enters into a legally binding contract and cannot change or cancel their order later. If the customer still insists on canceling after the order has been placed, the 10% deposit retained for check or wire orders WILL BE COLLECTED. The consumer will receive a refund for the remaining 90% of their purchase, less a 10% fee, if they paid with a credit card or PayPal.
Bullion Trading LLC reserves the right to request additional information in support of any order, even those paid for using a credit card. Regardless of the payment method and price confirmation, Bullion Trading LLC expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason at its sole discretion.
All of the products we sell at Bullion Trading LLC come with a refund, return, or exchange policy for all of our clients. The right is only valid for a period of seven (7) days after the customer receives the products from us. Within seven (7) business days of receiving the item, you must contact the customer service department of Bullion Trading LLC at sales@bulliontradingllc.com. At that point, you must follow the instructions given to you. The costs of shipping and handling are not refundable. All taxes, as well as return shipping and handling charges, are entirely your responsibility. Any product that is exchanged or returned but is not reasonably in compliance with these terms may be rejected by Bullion Trading LLC. If a customer requests an exchange for an item, Bullion Trading LLC expressly maintains the right, in its sole and unrestricted discretion, to either find an acceptable substitute or refund your money if one is not available. In its sole discretion, Bullion Trading LLC maintains the right to reject any refunds or exchanges that don’t meet the required criteria.
For all orders that are returned, Bullion Trading LLC charges a restocking fee equal to 10% of the total purchase price. Additionally, Bullion Trading LLC has the right to charge the customer additional market loss penalties when returning bullion products. If market gains are made on a refund, Bullion Trading LLC will continue to own those gains.
Although Bullion Trading LLC often uses USPS for shipping, it has the right to use another shipping company if it so chooses. Please be aware that USPS Registered Mail may be required for shipments to PO Box addresses. Orders that must ship via USPS Registered Mail may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Bullion Trading LLC works to safeguard your shipments by using hidden shipping labels that don’t reveal or otherwise suggest that the package’s contents include priceless precious metals. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your items are shipped. We don’t deliver to any drop-off points, forwarding facilities, or non-USPS mail services like UPS stores, mailboxes, etc.
Both the billing and shipping addresses must be confirmed for all PayPal orders.
Every package we ship comes with free insurance. Only if the item is lost or damaged in transit will our insurance be paid out. If the shipment tracking information indicates that it was delivered, we shall not be held liable. We are no longer responsible for our insurance policy once the item shows that it was delivered as promised in accordance with our tracking information, and it is the customer’s responsibility at that time. We shall accept full responsibility and pursue any claims with our insurance policy if the things we ship to you are damaged or lost in transit. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reship your order or issue a refund if an item is lost in transit.
Please be aware that Bullion Trading LLC is not liable for insurance claims or refunds for packages that are successfully delivered to the correct address. The moment the shipment is signed for or left at the designated delivery address, our liability and insurance expire.
We only ship to the United States.
Our website only lists prices in US dollars. While we make every effort to keep all of our inventory and prices up to date, mistakes like typos can occasionally happen owing to product availability and shifting market conditions. The majority of our products are bullion products, whose prices are continuously fluctuating. Because of this, the final prices of your purchases will be determined at the time of checkout. You will have 5 minutes to finish the checkout process; if you don’t, the prices will change beyond that time.
We make a lot of effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and the correctness of the products and prices that we give on our website. However, pricing or typographical errors may happen occasionally, as in the event that a product is mispriced as a result of an error in the product’s pricing or content. Bullion Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any item at its sole discretion. If we have to cancel, you will receive an email from us, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
In addition to its other rights and remedies, Bullion Trading LLC reserves the right to charge the credit card you have provided it with fees related to any failure by you to abide by this User Agreement, including, without limitation, any and every market loss incurred by it, such as cancellation fees for accepting your orders to buy from or sell to us due to price and market fluctuations. You hereby expressly authorize Bullion Trading LLC to charge all such amounts to your credit card.
The information on this website is only meant to be used for informational purposes. On occasion, information on the website may be inaccurate or miss information that relates to pricing, availability, or product descriptions. Although Bullion Trading makes every effort to assure the accuracy of all the content on the site, it is ultimately your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy of all the information.
We offer a variety of payment options. To ensure that all orders are handled properly, please be sure to read and agree to all of the terms of your preferred payment method.
All approved methods of payment, including wire transfers and check orders, require a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card in order to be locked in. Due to security concerns, we do not electronically store credit card data. Please remember that for credit card orders to be processed, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Please complete the order using the check or wire, or another shipping address if you’d prefer your package delivered to a different location. When making a purchase on BullionTradingLLC.com with a credit card, in-store pickups are not allowed.
On this website, PayPal orders up to $5000 are permitted. When making a purchase on BullionTradingLLC.com using PayPal, in-store pickups are not allowed.
Wire transfers are accepted for purchases over $1,000 only. A 4% reduction from the item’s full price is applied when paying with a wire or a check. For wire transfer orders placed online, the maximum transaction value is $500,000. All wire transfer purchases require a 10% credit card deposit. The shipping address for the transaction and the credit card deposit must match. The deposit must be paid with one of the acceptable credit cards indicated above in order to lock in the pricing (it is not refundable in the event that the buyer cancels the transaction). After placing the order for a wire transfer, it must be received within three (3) business days. Bullion Trading LLC reserves the right to forfeit the 10% deposit, and your order and price lock-in will be canceled, if wire payment is not received within three (3) business days of the order being made. The customer will be responsible for any additional losses resulting from nonpayment that surpass the 10% deposit, and any associated costs will be charged to the credit card that was kept on file for the deposit. The account holder’s name and the name of the person receiving the package at the shipping address MUST BE THE SAME. The order may be canceled if the name does not match and we need more information to authenticate your account. International wire transfer payments are not accepted since the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program forbids the receipt of funds from outside the US. A payment submitted by an international wire transfer will be refused and returned to the sender. Please be aware that ACH transfers are not wire transfers and cannot be used to pay for wire services.
All orders will receive a wire transfer discount, which will be reflected in your cart’s final price when you check out. We retain the right to decline the wire discount in certain situations, and some items are not eligible for wire discounts.
All orders paid for using a personal, bank, or cashier’s checks, as well as online bill payments in check form, have a minimum of $1000 and a maximum of $250,000. The price of the item is reduced by 4% when paid for with one of the aforementioned checks. All check order entries will be subject to a 10% temporary deposit using a valid credit card, which will be released once full payment is received and cleared. The order will be canceled and the 10% deposit lost if the check payment is not received within 10 days of the order date. We are aware that normal mail delivery of checks may take up to a week. However, we ask that customers get in touch with us and let us know if there is a delay in mailing the check or if it takes longer to arrive than expected. The customer will be responsible for any further losses resulting from nonpayment that surpass the 10% deposit, and those losses will be charged to the credit card that was kept on file for the deposit. Note that we do not accept money orders as a form of payment. Customers can be asked to produce more proof of their identification.
Personal, bank, and cashier’s checks, as well as online bill payments made in check form, can cause a 5–10 business day shipping delay until the payment has cleared completely. All checks are held for up to 10 business days after they are received in order to ensure that they have cleared before the order is sent.
Payment in the form of a check must be mailed no later than two (2) business days after your order is submitted for all personal, bank, and cashier’s checks, as well as online bill payments.
Cash advance checks and checks tied to credit cards are not accepted.
